Local Delivery

Local Delivery is free on orders over $75, and $10 for orders under $75. Delivery can take up to 72 hours/3 Business Days during busy times, but will often be quicker. Deliveries are Monday-Friday only. 

Deliveries will usually happen within an 11am-4pm window, but may sometimes be later. We will leave packages in a safe location around the door. 

We are pleased to offer Local Delivery Monday-Friday to locations about 6 miles around our Menlo Park, California store for a flat $10 fee. Holiday times may require an extra day or two for delivery and certain holidays we do not deliver. The local delivery fee is generally not refundable unless it is our error.

We deliver to the following cities: Menlo Park, Atherton, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Woodside, Portola Valley, Emerald Hills, San Carlos, Mountain View, Los Altos, and Los Altos Hills. Or the following zip codes:

If there are specific times for delivery that are good or bad, let us know in the notes field on the order and we will try to accommodate this, although we cannot guarantee it. Our delivery times are generally around 11am-6pm, Monday-Friday.

Deliveries will be placed in a safe location - if you want it dropped off with a neighbor or similar, let us know in the notes, as well as any other delivery information.
