Product Availability

We strive to be accurate with the inventory on our website, but there may be times when there is an error in availability. If this happens, we will contact you and you can substitute the item or get a refund.

Similarly, while items showing in stock on our website are likely available directly in our stores, there may be errors. If there is something specific you are looking for, it's best to contact us.

On our website, you can order items for In Store Pickup that are not available at that store, but there will be extra processing time to transfer the item.

We have a Ten Wishes In Store wish list program.

Our online/website wish list functionality is coming soon!

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! We offer In Store Gift Cards. At this time, the gift cards can only be used in store.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer free gift wrapping on most items. Above the "Add To Cart" button there is a checkbox for gift wrapping. If you select this, you can also optionally specify the name, occasion, and a gift message.

If there is not a check box for gift wrapping, that item is unfortunately not eligible for gift wrapping.

Do you have a loyalty program?

We have a Loyalty Club.

If you are already a member from in store purchases, we will automatically add online purchases to your account if the name or phone number matches your in store account. If they differ, please add the name or phone number you used in store to the Order Notes.

At this time, loyalty rewards can only be redeemed in store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club. We also accept PayPal.

We also take Apple Pay and Google Pay, but you cannot select In Store Pickup or Local Delivery with these payment methods.

What is your return policy?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel your order. If it has already been shipped or delivered, it may need to be processed as a return.

How can I track my order?

You can use the order status page which is included automatically in your order confirmation emails. You can also log in to your customer account to view detailed order status.

Additionally, if you have it installed, you can see status of your order with the Shop App.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
